Returns & Exchanges

At Chabri Bazaar, we want you to love your purchase. If a garment does not fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories (such as belts or dupattas) must be intact.
- Custom-stitched or altered outfits are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Request
To start a return or exchange request:
- Go to your Order History page and click on the "Request Return/Exchange" button.
- Alternatively, you can email our support team at support@chabribazaar.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 74810 81048 with your Order ID and photos of the product.
Pick-up & Logistics
We offer reverse pick-up services across most pin codes in India. Our courier partner will pick up the item within 2-3 business days of request approval. If reverse pick-up is not available in your region, we will request you to ship the item back to our warehouse, and we will reimburse standard shipping charges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to the original payment source (bank account, card, or UPI) within 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: Refund will be issued as store credit or transferred directly to your bank account via UPI (bank details will be collected securely).
